In 2020 our Co-Founder Adam Botterill teamed up with Paddy Behan, a respected expert in PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) to fill a gap in leadership development for leaders in Health & Social Care.
With Adam's experience of leadership in the corporate world and, as a Royal Marines Commando, coupled with Paddy's detailed understanding of the Health & Social Care sector - it was a great pairing to create a tailored programme to develop the sectors existing and future leaders.
After 9 months of research, focus groups, and pilot groups, APB was launched and now serves care providers throughout the U.K.
We sold this business in 2024.
