My name is Adam Botterill, I am an internationally experienced business leader, a family man, and someone that can grow or improve the performance of your business.
I own and manage three businesses and understand the challenges involved with managing people and delivering first class service to customers.

Working in a business often interferes with working on your business, this happens to most leaders in a fast paced environment. Bringing in an experienced aide allows improvements to be implemented without "stopping the machine".

I started my career as a Royal Marines Commando, a far cry from the office environment I work in today. However, this footing gave me the ability to manage complex situations in fast paced, unforgiving environments, just like many of my clients face.
I was fortunate enough to transfer these skills into the corporate world and have been able to build on this foundation with an education from Vlerick Business School and, from great mentors, and leaders.
As your business and management consultant, I can deliver relatable, modern methods to grow your business.
My passion comes from helping businesses and their people, realise their potential and achieve their goals.
I am down to earth, relatable, direct and results driven. My satisfaction comes when people realise their potential, then go out and achieve it! I will always make sure this is measurable and in-line with a clients needs.
